The basic design stage for the Co-housing Tamagawa-Denenchofu project has been finished and will enter the detailed design phase before the end of 2020. Construction is expected to start during the summer of 2021, lasting one year. The project will complete the front of a street where other two projects produced by Community House are located. These projects are Abitare Tamagawa Denenchofu (2003) and Keyaki Garden (2008).
Cohousing Tamaden will include five apartment units, commercial spaces, and common areas that can be shared by residents and the surrounding community. More information about the project will be published on this site in the future.
