The challenge lied on matching the original color without having to redo the whole house and limit the intervention to the damaged areas. During construction, a short video of the repaint process was taken.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Rjk7D6TqPxI?rel=0\" frameborder=\"0\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Maekawa looked for a pink tone similar to blushed skin. After 35 years of aging and botched repairs, in 2009 works to recover the facade were done.
